Locke Lord Represents ION Geophysical in ATM Equity Offering Program to Sell Up To $20 Million of Common Stock

A Locke Lord team led represented ION Geophysical in an "at-the-market" equity offering program, announced on Dec. 22, 2016. The ATM offering allows ION to sell up to $20 million of its common stock and ION intends to use proceeds for general corporate purposes.
