Houston Team Represents Enterprise Offshore Drilling in $24 Million Purchase of Fleet and Equipment From Hercules Offshore

Locke Lord represented Enterprise Offshore Drilling LLC in the purchase of a fleet of Gulf of Mexico ships and equipment for oil exploration and production from Hercules Offshore Inc. Enterprise purchased the items for a bid of nearly $24 million at auction. The Locke Lord team was led by Bill Swanstrom and included Phil Eisenberg, Eric Larson and Rachel Fitzgerald (all of Houston).
