Locke Lord represented ABRY Partners in its growth equity investment in RIMES Technologies. The deal closed on July 18, 2017. RIMES provides managed financial data services and related applications and regulatory and compliance solutions to asset managers, asset owners and custodians worldwide. The Locke Lord team included Pete Barrett, Lori Basilico, Bob Baute and Mike Serra (all of Providence), Julie Dziobak (Chicago), Buddy Sanders (Houston) and John McKnight (Dallas).
