Locke Lord Advises White Deer Energy in Acquisition of RockPile Energy Services

Locke Lord represented White Deer Energy in the acquisition of oil services company, RockPile Energy Services, LLC, for an undisclosed amount announced on September 8, 2016. White Deer Energy is a private equity firm that targets investments in oil and gas exploration and production, oilfield service and equipment manufacturing and the midstream sectors of the energy business. The Locke Lord team consisted of Joe Perillo, Jerry Higdon, Eric Larson, Ed Razim, Buddy Sanders, David Taylor, Laura Ferguson, and Rachel Fitzgerald (all of Houston) and Steven Bryant (Austin).
