Locke Lord Represents TruAmerica Multifamily in Closing of 6-Property Portfolio in Maryland Suburbs

A Locke Lord team represented TruAmerica Multifamily LLC in its closing of a six-property multifamily portfolio in the suburbs of Baltimore, MD. This closing continued TruAmerica’s East Coast push, now with nine properties on the East Coast. The majority of its portfolio is located in the western United States. An affiliate of Ares Management, L.P. served as the joint venture partner. Additional Locke Lord team members included Michelle Gutierrez-Begin (Houston) and Steven Quiring (Dallas), as well as a due diligence team that included Joyce Sanchez (Houston), Cynthia Buckley and Marcia Robbins (both of Dallas).
