Locke Lord Represents Triple-S Steel Holdings in Acquisition of Oklahoma Steel Service Center
Locke Lord represented Houston-based Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. in the acquisition of Metals, Inc., an Oklahoma steel service center. Triple-S, a steel supplier with over 30 steel service centers across the U.S. and a location in Colombia, purchased Metals, Inc. for an undisclosed value. The Locke Lord team included Jerry Higdon, Ed Razim and Buddy Sanders (all of Houston).
