Chicago Team Represents Tidal Solutions in Sale to Venture Insurance Programs

A Locke Lord team led by Brett Pritchard represented Tidal Solutions LLC in its sale to Venture Insurance Programs, announced on February 23, 2016 for an undisclosed sum. Tidal, a managing general underwriter serving the North American specialty commercial marine market, will be integrated into Venture’s existing portfolio of industry specific insurance programs.
