Locke Lord Advises Superior Vision in Sale by Nautic Partners to Affiliated Funds of Centerbridge Partners
A Locke Lord team led by Andrew Hughes and Paul Mahoney served as legal advisors to Superior Vision Corporation, a comprehensive eye care company, in its sale by funds affiliated with Nautic Partners, LLC to affiliated funds of Centerbridge Partners, L.P. Nautic purchased Superior Vision in 2012 and in that time “Superior grew from a single market vision benefit administrator to a comprehensive eye care company serving all market segments,” according to the Nautic press release. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Vital assistance on the deal was provided by Lori Basilico, Christopher Flanagan and David Ruediger.
