Locke Lord Provides Counsel to NGP Natural Resources XI in $524 Million of New Equity Commitments for Luxe Energy

A Locke Lord team led by Eric Larson (Houston) provided legal counsel to NGP Natural Resources XI, L.P. in $524 million of new equity commitments for Luxe Energy LLC. The transaction closed on Oct. 11, 2016. Luxe will use the equity commitment to acquire unconventional oil properties in oil and liquids rich basins throughout the United States.
